Payment Facilitation means Bank’s processing of Payment Instructions into applicable payment types to effect payments to Vendors in accordance with Payment Instructions and the Vendor’s payment acceptance designations.

  • To the extent the Service Provider is unable to receive the Service Fees from the Payment Facilitation Services as aforesaid, the Merchant shall make all payments within ten (10) business days of receipt of the relevant invoice from the Service Provider.
