Section 1.1 All payments to be made to the Holder in satisfaction of this Note (referred to as a "Payment," or "Payments") shall be made in US funds payable to Holder or its designate on the First (1st) day of each month ("Payment Date" or "Payment Dates") beginning with January 1, 2013 until all amounts payable under this Note are paid in full.
