The Indenture Trustee shall have no duty or obligation to verify or confirm the accuracy of any of the information or numbers set forth in the Payment Date Certificate delivered to the Indenture Trustee in accordance with this Section, and the Indenture Trustee shall be fully protected in relying upon such Payment Date Certificate.
The Paying Agent shall make distributions to Trust Certificateholders pursuant to Section 5.02, and shall report the amounts of such distributions to the Owner Trustee in accordance with the Payment Date Certificate delivered in accordance with Section 8.03 of the Indenture.
The Indenture Trustee shall be entitled to rely on but shall not be responsible for the content or accuracy of any information provided in the information set forth in the Payment Date Certificate and may affix thereto any disclaimer it deems appropriate in its reasonable discretion.

On each Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee will make such Payment Date Certificate (and, at its option, any additional files containing the same information in an alternative format) available to each Person that was a Noteholder as of the close of business on the related Record Date (which shall be Cede & Co. as the nominee of DTC unless Definitive Notes are issued under the limited circumstances described herein), and the Administrator via the Indenture Trustee’s internet website.
The Payment Date Certificate related to the first Collection Period will also include the disclosure required by Rule 4(c)(1)(ii) of Regulation RR.
If on any Payment Date, after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Fund, the amount on deposit in the Reserve Fund exceeds the Reserve Fund Requirement, each as set forth in the Payment Date Certificate, the Indenture Trustee shall deposit any such excess into the Certificate Distribution Account, for distribution to the Trust Certificateholder.
On each Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee shall make available to the Noteholders, via the Indenture Trustee’s internet website at https://pivot.usbank.com (or via such other internet website as may be designated by the Indenture Trustee for such purpose), the related Payment Date Certificate received by it from the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.03.
If on any Payment Date, after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Fund, the amount on deposit in the Reserve Fund exceeds the Reserve Fund Requirement, each as set forth in the Payment Date Certificate, the Indenture Trustee shall distribute any such excess to the Certificateholder.
On the tenth calendar day of each month (or, if the 10th day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day), the Servicer shall furnish to the Administrator, the Titling Company Registrar and the Depositor, a Payment Date Certificate, substantially in the form as set forth in Exhibit A hereto for the immediately preceding Collection Period.
