Payment Cascade definition

Payment Cascade means the relevant order of payments set out in clause 9 of the Intercreditor Deed;

Examples of Payment Cascade in a sentence

  • Subject to any earlier prepayment in accordance with clause 28.8(a) (Payment Cascade), each LC Loan shall be repaid in full on the FSRU Tranche Final Maturity Date.

  • If the Agent receives a payment that is insufficient to discharge all the amounts then due and payable by the Borrower under the Finance Documents, the Agent shall apply that payment towards the obligations of the Borrower in accordance with the Payment Cascade.
