Examples of PayLater System in a sentence

  • In no event shall Aspriasi be liable to you or anyone for any direct, indirect, punitive, economic, future special, exemplary, incidental, consequential or other damages or losses of any type or kind (including personal injury, emotional distress and loss of data, goods, revenue, profits, use or other economic advantage) suffered or sustained by you or any third party arising from or in connection with your use of the PayLater Services and/or the PayLater System.

  • Boost Credit reserves the right to alter those fees and charges at its sole discretion and will in such case amend these Terms and publish the amended Terms on Boost Credit’s Website and/or PayLater System in accordance with Clause 1.5.

  • If the Customer is an existing registered user of the PayLater Services, the Customer can log in to his PayLater Account to access the PayLater System to use the PayLater Services or if the Customer is a first-time user, the Customer will be prompted to register as a user.

  • Customer shall bear the following costs and charges in connection with each Order completed by using the PayLater Services via the PayLater System: Boost Credit will impose a processing fee for the offering and provision of the PayLater Services ("Processing Fee”).

  • You acknowledge and agree that the entire risk arising out of your use of PayLater Services and/or PayLater System, and any third-party services, remains solely and absolutely with you and you shall have no recourse whatsoever to Boost Credit.

  • These terms and conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”) shall apply to both Customers (as defined below) who have opted to use the PayLater Services (as defined below) and Participating Merchants (as defined below) who are offering the PayLater Services to Customers to purchase the Products on Instalment via the PayLater System.

  • Upon the Customer’s confirmation of the Instalment plan and acceptance of the Financing and the Financing Agreement, Boost Credit will process the request and the Order via the PayLater System.
