Paying User definition

Paying User or “Buyer” means the User able to purchase goods and/or services using PayPal Services. It is the sender of a payment made by using PayPal Services.

Examples of Paying User in a sentence

  • The Collecting User will provide the purchased services to the Paying User in the agreed-upon manner as if the Collecting User has received the payment directly from the Paying User.

  • If you are eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection under the terms of this Agreement and PayPal finds in your favor on your Claim, PayPal will reimburse you for the full purchase value paid by you, Paying User, for the acquisition of the item and original shipping costs.

  • If you, Paying User, received a provisional credit, we will remove it from your Account and notify you of the date and amount of the debit.

  • The Paying User may choose to pay the total amount resulting from the acquisition of goods and/or services in installments, if such option is made available by the Receiving User.

Related to Paying User

  • Paying agency means the body or the bodies assigned by a Member State in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1290/2005;

  • Paying Agent means any Person authorized by the Company to pay the principal of or any premium or interest on any Securities on behalf of the Company.
