PAYING OFFICE definition
PAYING OFFICE means, in relation to a Paying Agent, the office of the Paying Agent specified in the Class A Notes or otherwise under this agreement or the Note Trust Deed as the office at which payments in respect of the Class A Notes will be made as changed from time to time in accordance with this agreement.
