Irrespective of the grounds for the Bank's provision of the Banking Service to the Recipient Client (this Agreement or a separate Guaranteed Payment Agreement), the Bank's provision of the Banking Service to the Paying Client shall be carried out in accordance with this Agreement.
The Paying Client has the right to create an unlimited number of Applications for Guaranteed Payment within the amount of the Available Limit of Guaranteed Payments as of the moment of creation of each Application for Guaranteed Payment.
