STI means sexually transmitted infection;
PBS means the Pharmeceutical Benefits Schedule (PBS) that is a list of all the medicines that receive a government subsidy.
DTS means Days to Settlement, i.e., the number of actual days elapsed from and including the original Closing Day with respect to such Accepted Note (in the case of the first such payment with respect to such Accepted Note) or from and including the date of the next preceding payment (in the case of any subsequent delayed delivery fee payment with respect to such Accepted Note) to but excluding the date of such payment; and "PA" means Principal Amount, i.e., the principal amount of the Accepted Note for which such calculation is being made. In no case shall the Delayed Delivery Fee be less than zero. Nothing contained herein shall obligate any Purchaser to purchase any Accepted Note on any day other than the Closing Day for such Accepted Note, as the same may be rescheduled from time to time in compliance with paragraph 2B(7).
IPA means Independent Public Accountant.
CPET means the UK Government’s Central Point of Expertise on Timber.
TMDL means the total maximum daily load limitation of a parameter, representing the estimated assimilative capacity for a water body before other designated uses are adversely affected. Mathematically, it is the sum of wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations for non-point and natural background sources, and a margin of safety.
ATS means an alternative trading system, as defined in Rule 300(a)(1) of Regulation ATS under the Exchange Act.
SAIC means the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the PRC and/or its regional and local counterparts.
GMS means the automated system, or its successor system, employed by SCE real time operations to remotely monitor and dispatch the Generating Facility.
Intel means Intel Corporation, a Delaware corporation.
ESI means any and all computer data or electronic recorded media of any kind, including “Native Files”, that are stored in any medium from which it can be retrieved and examined, either directly or after translation into a reasonably useable form. ESI may include information and/or documentation stored in various software programs such as: Email, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, SQL databases, or any other software or electronic communication programs or databases that the CONSULTANT may use in the performance of its operations. ESI may be located on network servers, backup tapes, smart phones, thumb drives, CDs, DVDs, floppy disks, work computers, cell phones, laptops or any other electronic device that CONSULTANT uses in the performance of its Work or SERVICES hereunder, including any personal devices used by the CONSULTANT or any sub-consultant at home. “Native files” are a subset of ESI and refer to the electronic format of the application in which such ESI is normally created, viewed, and /or modified. The CONSULTANT shall include this section XX “Records Maintenance” in every subcontract it enters into in relation to this AGREEMENT and bind the sub-consultant to its terms, unless expressly agreed to otherwise in writing by the AGENCY prior to the execution of such subcontract. CTS means the market rules that allow transactions to be scheduled based on a bidder’s willingness to purchase energy from a source in either the NYISO or PJM Control Area and sell it at a sink in the other Control Area if the forecasted price at the sink minus the forecasted price at the corresponding source is greater than or equal to the dollar value specified in the bid.
AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract
EPG means electronic program guide maintained by a DPO on its Digital Distribution Platform which lists the television channels and programs, and scheduling and programming information therein and includes any enhanced electronic guide that allows Subscribers to navigate and select such available channels and programs.
Cisco “we” “our” or “us” means Cisco Systems, Inc. or its applicable Affiliate(s).
RSMML or “COMPANY” shall mean “Rajasthan State Mines & Minerals Limited,” having its registered office at C - 89-90, Lal Kothi Scheme, Jaipur (Rajasthan) 302 015, and Corporate Office at 4, Meera Marg, Udaipur (Rajasthan) including its successors in office and assignees or its representatives authorized to act on its behalf for the purpose of contract.

Siemens means Siemens AG (Germany) and its Affiliates.
NPS means nominal pipe size.
NCR means NCR Corporation.
IBM means International Business Machines Corporation.
KEBS wherever appearing means the Kenya Bureau of Standards or its successor(s) and assign(s) where the context so admits.
