Payerpath definition

Payerpath means Allscript’s patient payment and claims solution currently marketed and sold by Allscripts as “Payerpath” (as the same may be renamed, enhanced or expanded from time to time).

  • Notwithstanding any other sections of this Order, for purposes of this Order, “Go-Live” means the earlier of i) the date Allscripts has completed its portion of the implementation Services required for production use of the Allscripts Payerpath Services, ii) the date Allscripts has granted access or trained Providers, or iii) the date of Client’s first transaction submission.

  • LHSIA means the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, and the regulations made under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;

  • Radiologic technologist, limited means an individual, other than a licensed radiologic technologist,

  • ESBD means the Electronic State Business Daily, the electronic marketplace where State of Texas bid opportunities over $25,000 are posted. The ESBD may currently be accessed at http://www.txsmartbuy.com/esbd.

  • Fellowship means a fellowship in a professional medical college recognized by the Board after consultation with the Medical Advisory Committee.

  • Medical cannabis card means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.
