Taxpayer Identification (TIN), as used in this provision, means the number required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to be used by the offeror in reporting income tax and other returns. The TIN may be either a social security number or an employer identification number.
PAYEE TAX REPRESENTATIONS Each representation specified in the Schedule as being made by it for the purpose of this Section 3(f) is accurate and true.
Caller identification service means a type of telephone service that permits telephone subscribers to see the telephone number of incoming telephone calls.
Taxpayer Identification Number or “TIN” shall mean the Internal Revenue Service term for identification in the administration of tax laws, which includes the Social Security Number (“SSN”) and/or Employer Identification Number (“EIN”).
Form W-8BEN means Form W-8BEN (Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding) of the Department of Treasury of the United States of America, and any successor form.
