Payee Information definition

Payee Information means, for any payment to be made under the Priority of Payments or otherwise hereunder, the identity of each payee and applicable wire transfer instructions, all in sufficient detail and with such supporting information and materials as is needed to enable payment to the intended recipient thereof. “Payment Account” means the payment account at the Custodian established pursuant to Section 1 of the Account Control Agreement and maintained pursuant to Section 9.03(a) hereof. “Payment Date” means each Interest Payment Date and each Quarterly Payment Date.

Payee Information means information, data and other content regarding a Payee, in any form or medium, that is collected, uploaded, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly by KyckGlobal from Payor or Payee through use of the Services and includes without limitation, financial information, bank or account numbers, and all Personally Identifiable Information related to any Payee.

  • Employee Information means for each Divestiture Clinic Employee, to the extent permitted by law, the following information summarizing the employment history of each employee that includes:
