Payable premium definition
Payable premium means the monthly membership premium payable by the member as invoiced by FirstLife.
Payable premium has the meaning given to it in the Reinsurance Premium Article.
Applicable Premium means, with respect to any Note on any Redemption Date, the greater of:
Single Premium means the amount payable by the Policyholder at the Policy Commencement Date, as per the amount specified in the Schedule.
Make-Whole Premium means, with respect to a Note at any redemption date, the greater of:
Applicable Prepayment Premium has the meaning specified therefor in the Fee Letter.
Prepayment Premium means, with respect to the Mortgage Loan, any prepayment premium, spread maintenance premium, yield maintenance premium or similar fee required to be paid in connection with a prepayment of the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Mortgage Loan Documents, including any exit fee.
