Payable Fees definition

Payable Fees means the amounts that are due and payable by Spacebase (or a subsidiary) in exchange for Spacebase’s booking of a Space, including all ancillary costs and taxes, if applicable.

  • The Parties agree that in case Buyer fails to reimburse such Buyer’s Payable Fees and Charges in accordance with this point (b), Clause 3 of this Article 7, in addition to other remedies and rights available to the Seller under this Contract and Vietnamese laws, the Seller shall have the right to treat such failure as equivalent to a failure to pay the the Management Fees and the same consequences for such failure shall apply.

  • L/C Fees means, with respect to an L/C, the amount calculated by multiplying (i) the face amount of that L/C by the rate for calculation of the L/C Fee specified in Section 2.6 by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the duration of the term of that L/C and the denominator of which is the number of days in the calendar year in question.
