The Parties agree that in case Buyer fails to reimburse such Buyer’s Payable Fees and Charges in accordance with this point (b), Clause 3 of this Article 7, in addition to other remedies and rights available to the Seller under this Contract and Vietnamese laws, the Seller shall have the right to treat such failure as equivalent to a failure to pay the the Management Fees and the same consequences for such failure shall apply.
