Pay Time definition

Pay Time is the actual time paid to a Bus Driver or Student Driver at the regular/base monthly or hourly rate for time worked.
Pay Time means all time credited to a pilot for pay purposes, including all pay-no credit items, (e.g. Reporting Pay, Taxi Pay, Standby Pay, SVT if the pay-no credit option is selected). See also Section 2 II. and Section 2 R.3.

Examples of Pay Time in a sentence

  • SECTION 1 - Regular employees on the Employer’s payroll are eligible for vacation benefits according to the following schedule: Years of Service Vacation Pay Time Off Less 1 year 4% None unless plant shutdown After 1 year 4% 2 weeks After 5 years 6% 3 weeks After 12 years 8% 4 weeks After 20 years 10% 5 weeks After 25 years 12% 6 weeks For vacation purposes, and when determining the years of service, June 30th will be the cut-off date.

  • Responsibility pay will be tracked on the Overtime/Responsibility Pay Time Sheet.

  • Retention Pay Time in Catastrophic Leave paid status will not qualify for continuous service for determination of Retention Pay.

  • Time and one half (1½) the applicable base rate shall be Premium Pay: Time and one half (1½) the applicable base rate shall be paid for hours worked between midnight and 8:00 a.m. Work performed after eight (8) hours for the same attraction between midnight and 8:00 a.m. shall be paid at double the applicable base rate.

  • Except as hereto stated, the scheduled workweek, workday and overtime provisions shall be as follows: Workday: Eight (8) hours Workweek: Forty (40) hours Overtime Pay: Time and one-half at regular rates for hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours per week When a holiday falls on a mechanic’s normal workday and he/she is off for that holiday but is asked by the Company to work his/her day off during that week, such mechanic shall receive pay at time and one-half.

  • A – Daily and Weekly Overtime Pay Time and a half will be paid for all time worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one week or eight (8) hours in any one shift.

  • Pay Time off without pay, other than approved leaves of 16 absence without pay, may be used in lieu of ETO only when scheduled in advance and 17 approved by the nurse's supervisor/manager/director.

  • In reporting an employee's absence as a result of the employee utilizing the Union Time Pool, the employee’s daily attendance records shall reflect: "▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ on UTP" (Leave with Pay Time Pool).

  • Holiday Pay: Time and one half (1½) the applicable base rate shall be paid for all work performed on New Year’s Day, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇.’s Birthday (the third Monday in January), Easter, Memorial Day (the last Monday in May), Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, December 24th and December 25th.
