Pay Limit definition

Pay Limit means, for a Plan Year, the limit on compensation that may be taken into account during such Plan Year under a tax-qualified plan as determined under Code Section 401(a)(17).
Pay Limit means the value at which the ore body can be mined without profit or loss, calculated using an appropriate gold price, production costs and recovery factors;
Pay Limit means, with respect to a Plan Year, the amount of Section 415 Compensation, or Testing Compensation (as applicable), that may be taken into account with respect to a Participant for that Plan Year, pursuant to Section 6.4.

  • You understand that your Courtesy Pay Limit will be reduced by the amount of each overdraft paid by us through the Service and the amount of the related Courtesy Pay Fee imposed until such amounts are repaid by you as set forth herein at which time we may replenish your Courtesy Pay Limit by the amount of the repayment.

  • To the extent that such Severance Amount exceeds the 409A Separation Pay Limit (as defined below), such amount shall be paid in a single lump sum on the regular payroll date of the Employer, pertaining to then current salaried employees of the Employer, (“payroll date”) next following the first anniversary date of the Employee’s Date of Termination.

  • Our NSF and overdraft fees will be included in and count against your established Courtesy Pay Limit.

  • In the event that the amount set forth in Section 5(e)(i)(B) exceeds the Separation Pay Limit, any excess amounts shall be paid at the time they would have otherwise been paid pursuant to Section 5(c)(i)(B).

  • In the event that the Executive was a Specified Employee on his Termination Date, if the sum of the payments which the Executive previously received in accordance with Section 5(c)(i)(B) and the payment set forth in this Section 5(c)(ii) exceeds the Separation Pay Limit, any amounts in excess of the Separation Pay Limit shall be paid on the later of (A) the first day following the six (6) month anniversary of the Termination Date and (B) within seven (7) calendar days after the Change of Control.

  • Any amounts in excess of the Separation Pay Limit which would have otherwise been paid during the six (6) month period following the Executive’s Termination Date shall be paid in a lump sum on the first day following the six (6) month anniversary of the Executive’s Termination Date.

  • To the extent the that such Severance Amount exceeds the 409A Separation Pay Limit (as defined below), such amount shall be paid in a single lump sum on the regular payroll date of the Employer, pertaining to then current salaried employees of the Employer, (“payroll date”) next following the first anniversary date of the Employee’s Date of Termination or first permissible date afterward.

Related to Pay Limit

  • Plan Limit means the maximum aggregate number of Shares that may be issued for all purposes under the Plan as set forth in Section 5(a) of the Plan.

  • Maximum Daily Limit means the maximum allowable "Daily Concentration" (defined above) when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l), otherwise, it means the maximum allowable "Daily Quantity" as defined above, unless it is expressed as a flow quantity. If expressed as a flow quantity it means "Maximum Daily Flow" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Maximum Limit means that number of issued Shares representing 10% of the total number of issued Shares as at the date of the passing of this Resolution (excluding any Shares which are held as treasury shares as at that date); and

  • Safe Harbor Amount means 2.99 times the Executive’s “base amount,” within the meaning of Section 280G(b)(3) of the Code.

  • Facility Limit means, $175,000,000, as reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof. References to the unused portion of the Facility Limit shall mean, at any time of determination, an amount equal to (x) the Facility Limit at such time, minus (y) the Aggregate Capital at such time.
