Pay-Later Service means the service offered by Payflex through Peach Payments that, subject to the approval of Payflex, allows Customers to pay the Purchase Price by instalments;

The time to make a Refund will also depend upon the rules and procedures that govern the Platform and PayLater@ Service, which may mean that in some cases an Instalment Payment will need to be made by you and then subsequently refunded.
If you are unable to use the PayLater@ Service, you will be unable to use the Instalment Payment Scheme.
