Pause Rate definition

Pause Rate shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.07.
Pause Rate means and refers to the fixed rate equal to 50% of the Applicable Rate for the applicable Property.
Pause Rate means and refers to the fixed rate four and one quarter percent (4.25%) per annum, calculated based upon a 360 day year.

Examples of Pause Rate in a sentence

  • During a Pause Period, Founder shall, as a condition to the continuation of the Pause Period, pay a Monthly Option Payment for such Property based upon a fixed Applicable Rate equal to the “Pause Rate” (as defined in the applicable Master Option Agreement or other similar successor or supplemental agreement as between a Founder Party and a Company Affiliate; or, if undefined therein, Pause Rate shall be a rate equal to one-half of the Applicable Rate).

  • Each Property shall have a separately calculated Applicable Rate and Pause Rate which shall be fixed and determined as of the “Calculation Date” and the Applicable Rate shall be set forth and confirmed in such Property’s Addendum.

  • During a Pause Period, Builder shall, as a condition to the continuation of the Pause Period, pay a Monthly Option Payment for such Property pursuant to Section 1.7 but based upon an Applicable Rate equal to the Pause Rate (as defined in the Master Agreement).

  • During a Pause Period, Lennar shall, as a condition to the continuation of the Pause, pay a monthly cash fee equal to the Unreturned Owner Costs multiplied by the Pause Rate (as defined on Schedule 1 attached hereto).

  • During a Pause Period, Builder shall, as a condition to the continuation of the Pause Period, pay a Monthly Option Payment for such Property pursuant to Section 1.7 but based upon a fixed Applicable Rate equal to the Pause Rate (as defined in the Master Agreement).
