PAUF definition

PAUF means Pearl Assurance (Unit Funds) Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 1027138, which was dissolved on 3 October 2008;
PAUF means, with respect to any Advance or Roll, a payment assurance upload file to be submitted by the Company to the Finance Provider via the Finance Provider’s portal.
PAUF means a payment assurance upload file, in the agreed format, which is created in respect of each Account Receivable, setting out details of Supplier, invoice number, Certified Amount and Maturity Date and any other details agreed by the parties and which Customer may provide to Financial Institution from time to time. Payment Obligation means the benefit of Parent’s obligation to pay as provided by the provisions of clause 2.2.

Examples of PAUF in a sentence

  • Prior to the funding by Funder of any Drawdown Amount, under this IPA a PAUF will be created which sets out such Drawdown Amount, which Customer intends to use to pay Payables or other obligations.
