PATIENT PANEL definition

PATIENT PANEL means those Participants who have designated or have otherwise been assigned to The ENT Center of Atlanta, Inc. or its Represented Physicians as the primary source for certain Covered Services pursuant to a Service Agreement or HMO Program Requirements.
PATIENT PANEL means a Patient Care Advisory Panel established under Section 6(e)(2).

  • Licensed mental health professional or "LMHP" means a physician, licensed clinical psychologist, licensed professional counselor, licensed clinical social worker, licensed substance abuse treatment practitioner, licensed marriage and family therapist, certified psychiatric clinical nurse specialist, licensed behavior analyst, or licensed psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner.

  • Collaborating physician means the physician who,

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.

  • Patients means both Public Patients and the Private Patients (referred by private doctors/private hospitals);

  • DSX Panel means a cross connect bay or panel used for the termination of equipment and facilities operating at digital rates.
