Patient Group Direction definition

Patient Group Direction has the same meaning as in the Prescription Only Medicines (Human Use) Order 1997; “permanent opt outin relation to the provision of an additional service that is funded through the global sum, means the termination of the obligation under the Contract for the Contractor to provide that service; and “permanently opt out” shall be construed accordingly;

Patient Group Direction means the supply of a drug in accordance with such a direction issued under the Medicines (Pharmacy and General Sale Exemption) Order 200512 or the Prescription Only Medicines (Human Use)
