Patient Files definition

Patient Files means all written and electronic patient records, notes, files and other records created, obtained, maintained or otherwise held by the Company or Sellers and related to the treatment of Patients in the Business.
Patient Files means all materials or information relating to the Patients.

  • All Patient Files that are, or are required by Law to have been, owned and maintained by Company have been maintained in accordance with all Laws.

  • All Patient Files relating to such Seller's Patients are complete and accurate in all material respects and have been maintained substantially in accordance with all requirements of Governmental Authorities and other bodies having jurisdiction over such Seller.

Related to Patient Files

  • Receivable Files means the documents specified in Section 3.3.

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.
