For clarity, where a Student is admitted to a Pathway Programme and then, subsequently, to a Course, the University will pay the Commission in respect of both the Pathway Programme and the Course subject to, and in accordance with, the provisions of Clause 5 at the front end of this Agreement if the Introducer demonstrates that the Student’s successful application to the University for both the Pathway Programme and Course was facilitated by the Introducer.

Any additional analysis is carried out in line with NICE’s Evaluation Pathway Programme Methods Guide, and may include evidence synthesis and modelling of indirect and intermediate clinical and system outcomes.
The University will, subject to the provisions of Clause 5 at the front end of this Agreement, make a once-off payment of: • 10% of a Student’s Fee in respect of a Pathway Programme; or • 15% of a Student’s Fee in respect of a Course.
It will include staff in the Jobs Pathway Programme, Centrelink, Kildonan Child and Family Services, Whittlesea Housing, Council youth staff, Job Network, Group Training and any other project staff whose focus is on transition from school to work.
In future, the project will provide a coordinating hub and networking point for inventors and others including through the Trust’s Mitigation Development Pathway Programme.
