More Definitions of Pathnet

Pathnet shall also mean Pathnet's employees, agents, servants, contractors and subcontractors.
Pathnet means Pathnet as defined in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement, any successor by merger, consolidation or reorganization, and its permitted assignees.
