BAIP will have no obligation to provide Patent Services, until CLIENT returns a signed copy of this letter and all engagement related terms and conditions contained herein have occurred.
BAIP represents CLIENT, and not any of CLIENT’s agents or any individuals associated with CLIENT.BAIP shall endeavor to provide CLIENT with effective and efficient Patent Services.
