Patent Register definition

Patent Register means the alphabetical listing of medicinal ingredients and their associated patents, the patent expiry dates and other related information established in accordance with the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations [SOR/133- 93 as amended] and is administered by Health Canada and lists only patents that meet the eligibility requirements as set out in the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance Regulations).
Patent Register means the register referred to in Article 19 of this Act; “The Minister” shall mean the Dutch Minister of Economic Affairs;

  • This Agreement may be entered in the National Patent Register, kept by the National Institute of Industrial Property, and in the national patent registers, kept by national Industrial Property offices, for the purposes of registering Patents, at the expense of the Company.

  • Edesa shall consult and cooperate with Pendopharm with a view to obtaining issued Licensed Patents that meet the criteria for listing on the Patent Register of Health Canada pursuant to the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations ("Patent List").

  • This Agreement and its assignment shall be recorded on the Dutch National Patent Register.

  • NPS undertakes, to cooperate in good faith with DRLP3, to do all such acts and give any documents and signatures for the performance and the enforcement of all formalities required to record this Agreement and its assignment on the Greek National Patent Register (O.B.L) and, where required, to produce any additional documents that DRLP3 may reasonably require.

  • TaiMed hereby agrees to the inclusion of any and all TaiMed Patents by Theratechnologies on the Patent Register; provided that nothing contained herein shall obligate Theratechnologies to exercise a right of action or institute any proceedings available under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations (SOR/93-133).

  • It is anticipated that one or more of the Patents in Schedule 1.97 should be listable in the FDA’s Orange Book and/or the Health Canada Patent Register.

  • This Agreement and its assignment shall be recorded on the Greek National Patent Register (O.B.I.).

Related to Patent Register

  • Patent means (a) all patents and patent applications in any country or supranational jurisdiction in the Territory, (b) any substitutions, divisionals, continuations, continuations-in-part, provisional applications, reissues, renewals, registrations, confirmations, re-examinations, extensions, supplementary protection certificates and the like of any such patents or patent applications, and (c) foreign counterparts of any of the foregoing.

  • Public Register means the College’s register that is available to the public.

  • Existing Patents has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.1.

  • Patent Application means an application for patent protection for an Invention with any domestic or foreign patent-issuing authority.

  • PPS Register means the Personal Property Securities Register established under the PPSA;
