Patent Assignee means a Transferred Company, or one of its successors or assigns, as designated by Purchaser, that acquires any right, title and interest in and to a portion of the Patent Portfolio pursuant to Section 5.15.
Patent Assignee has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Patent Assignment Agreement”.
