PATCHS Software means the PATCHS Software platform, products and/or services (as relevant).

PATCHS Software means the PATCHS platform, products andIor services (as relevant) contracted for by the GP Practice under the Advanced Order Form. Support Portal means the Advanced self-service portal (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇.▇▇▇/docman) which can be used to access first line support for the PATCHS Software.

  • No guarantees are given in relation to the availability times of the PATCHS Software.

  • You acknowledge that there may be periods during which the PATCHS Software will not be available and that Advanced and Spectra are under no obligation to notify you in advance if they become aware that PATCHS Software may not be available for any reason.

  • Our services are not intended for use by those under the age of 16 but data and information about such individuals may be processed by the GP Practice and the PATCHS Software pursuant to the legitimate and vital interest of providing and managing health and care services to all the GP Practice’s patients, service users and clients.

  • Once the change has taken effect, continued use of the PATCHS Software will be deemed to be acceptance of the change to the terms of this End User Licence Agreement.

  • The support service for the PATCHS Software from Advanced comprises support to GP Practices.

Related to PATCHS Software

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.
