Patch Updates definition

Patch Updates means maintenance releases and error corrections and software security patches released by Dragos that are provided at no additional charge by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to Customers receiving Support.

Examples of Patch Updates in a sentence

  • The Contractor GOC shall review, coordinate, and manage the execution of automated Build Release patches, Patch Sets, Emergency patches, and Oracle Quarterly Critical Patch Updates (CPUs) / Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs).

  • The Contractor shall sustain and maintain the software architecture, engineering, changes, data staging, testing and configuration of the SDE, including applying relevant patches and Critical Patch Updates to keep the equipment and software current.

  • The contractor shall deliver software updates to address any applicable IAVAs, COTS and Open Source software updates (e.g., Oracle quarterly Critical Patch Updates), End of Life (EOL) / unsupported software updates, and fixes to address selected POA&M items.

  • If Contractor believes it cannot provide or implement one or more Patch Updates within the time required, it may so inform Owner by notice to Owner, and Owner will reasonably attempt to resolve Contractor’s concerns.

  • Customer acknowledges that LYNX shall not be responsible for correcting any difficulties or software errors arising from the Customer's modifications to the Licensed Software Products or Point Patch Updates.

  • Contractor acknowledges and agrees that Owner may suspend access to the Systems at any time without further notice for any reason, including, but not limited to, Contractor’s failure to implement and certify its implementation of the security procedures and standards set forth in this Agreement or in any Patch Updates within the applicable time frame.
