Pastries means any mixed, baked, or fried products made primarily but not exclusively from any form of flour, sugar, artificial sweeteners, dairy, shortening, oil, butter, baking powder, nuts, fruits, eggs, jelly, and other filling ingredients.

  • In keeping with the foregoing, no representative may carry a business card that is Natural Candle Pastries exclusive.

  • The parties mutually desire to enter into a test program as discussed herein (the "Test") for the purpose of evaluating the feasibility of offering Starbucks' own line of pastries as they are currently being rolled-out by Starbucks (the "Starbucks Pastries") from certain Licensed Locations (as that term is defined in the Development Agreement).

  • Natural Candle Pastries reserves the right to amend the forgoing territory in its sole discretion, if the Sales Representative does not meet annual sales objectives, Amendment of the forgoing can occur anytime during the contract period.
