Pastoral Charge definition

Pastoral Charge means a congregation or congregations, department, board, college or other institution or activity to which a minister is, or may be, called;
Pastoral Charge means a Congregation or Congregations, department, college, or other institution or activity to which a Minister is, or may be, called. Placement means the position of responsibility for the regular discharge of the duties of the ministerial office to which a Minister is or may be called.
Pastoral Charge means any district of town or country, committed to the charge of one clergy person having the cure of souls therein, which is duly scheduled as such according to the rules of the Diocesan Synod.

The Withdrawal Charge percentage is as follows: During Withdrawal Charge Participant Account Years Percentage However, for any Participant who also participates in AUL Series III group annuity contract GA XX,XXX, the initial Withdrawal Charge percentage under this contract shall be equal to the Withdrawal Charge percentage applicable to the Participant under the AUL Series I group annuity contract from which funds have been transferred to such Series III contract, determined by AUL immediately prior to the date of such transfer, rounded down to the next whole Withdrawal Charge percentage if the Withdrawal Charge percentage under such Series I contract is a fractional Withdrawal Charge percentage. However, the Withdrawal Charge percentage under this paragraph shall never be greater than 8%. The Withdrawal Charge percentage shall be decreased by 1% for each subsequent Participant Account Year until the Withdrawal Charge percentage equals 4%. (However, if the applicable Series I contract Withdrawal Charge percentage is less than 4%, it shall be rounded up to 4% in this contract.) This 4% Withdrawal Charge percentage shall be in effect during the next 6 consecutive Participant Account Years. Thereafter, the Withdrawal Charge percentage shall be reduced to 0%. In no event will the cumulative total of all Withdrawal Charges, including those previously assessed against any amount withdrawn from a Participant Account, exceed 9% of total Contributions allocated to that Participant Account.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of **** and a storage and handling charge of ****, in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Sublease Payment means any payment required to be made by the District pursuant to Section 7 of the Sublease.

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Rent and Charges Reserve means the aggregate of (a) all past due rent and other amounts owing by a Loan Party to any landlord, warehouseman, processor, repairman, mechanic, shipper, freight forwarder, broker or other Person who possesses any Collateral or could assert a Lien on any Collateral; and (b) a reserve equal to three months rent and other charges that could be payable to any such Person, unless it has executed a Collateral Access Agreement.

  • Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges paid or required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) principal payments made or required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations but including, without limitation, Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
