Passive Warning Device definition
Passive Warning Device means those types of traffic control devices, including signs, markings and other devices located at or in advance of a Crossing to indicate the presence of a Crossing but which do not change aspect upon the approach or presence of a train.
Passive Warning Device means a traffic control device, such as a highway sign or marking, located at or in advance of a grade crossing to indicate the presence of a grade crossing but which does not activate or change upon the approach or presence of a train.
