Passive Shipper definition

Passive Shipper means, in respect of Single-Sided Nominations, the Shipper that is not the Active Shipper. Passive TSO means, in respect of Single-Sided Nominations, the TSO that is not the Active TSO. Person means any individual, partnership, corporation, association, trust, Governmental Authority, or other legal entity. Physical Reverse Flow means the physical flow of Natural Gas in the TAP Transportation System from the Interconnection Point at Melendugno to the Interconnection Point at Kipoi. Pipeline Receiving Terminal has the meaning given to it in Appendix 1.
Passive Shipper means the counterparty of the Active Shipper and is, if Single-Sided Nomination is agreed between the two Shippers, not supposed to nominate quantities to the Passive TSO.

  • Low-solids coating means a coating containing 0.12 kilogram or less of solids per liter (one pound or less of solids per gallon) of coating material.

  • Truck camper means a nonself-propelled recreational vehicle that does not have wheels for road use and is designed to be placed upon and attached to a motor vehicle. "Truck camper" does not include truck covers that consist of walls and a roof, but do not have floors and facilities enabling them to be used as a dwelling.

  • New Shipper means a Shipper that is not a Regular Shipper.

  • Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.

  • Total tetrahydrocannabinol means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.
