Passive Shift definition

Passive Shift means a shift where an Employee is not required to actively perform duties on an ongoing basis for the duration of the shift, such as ‘Sleepover’.

Passive Shift means a continuous period during which an Employee is required to sleepover at the work place and be available to respond to client need.
