passive account definition
passive account means an account (accounts) opened in accordance with sub-paragraphs 4 and 8 paragraph 2.2 of the Bank of Russia’s Regulation № 503-P “On the Procedure for Opening and maintaining Securities Accounts and Other Accounts by Depositories” dated 13 November 2015.
