Passenger Lounge Services definition

Passenger Lounge Services means all services offered by Company on the Premises, including, but not limited to, the provision of food and beverages, and other related services.

  • Company will be granted the non-exclusive right and obligation to rent, occupy, equip, furnish, operate and maintain, at its own expense, the Concession for the provision of Passenger Lounge Services in that certain Nine Thousand Three Hundred and One (9,301) square feet located in the South Terminal Complex (the “Premises”), as identified on Exhibit “A” of the Concession Agreement hereto.

  • Air India Limited (hereinafter referred to as AIL or Air India) and _________________ (hereinafter called as Service Provider), have agreed to enter into an agreement for providing Passenger Lounge Services at JFK International Airport, on behalf of Air India.

  • At any time during the Term of this Agreement, the Chief Executive Officer may hire an independent consultant to undertake a survey of the overall quality of Passenger Lounge Services at the Concession (or the quality of one or more particular item thereof) offered by Company in the Terminal Complex, and the quality of the Passenger Lounge Services offered in a comparable facility of similar type in a comparable airport in the United States.

  • Proposers shall be required to offer, at a minimum, the services listed in the Passenger Lounge Services and Prices List, Exhibit “B” to the Concession Agreement.

  • Company shall be granted the non-exclusive right and obligation to offer Passenger Lounge Services as defined in Article 1, to include such services specifically listed on the Passenger Lounge Services and Prices List, which is attached hereto as Exhibit “B,” at the prices specified thereon.

  • Company further acknowledges the special characteristics of the Orlando air traffic market, which has a very high proportion of tourist travelers, many with small children, who spend considerable time in the Terminal Complex before departing for their destinations, and frequently avail themselves of Passenger Lounge Services.

  • Company acknowledges that the primary goal of the Aviation Authority, with regard to the concession operations hereunder is to offer to the public and the air traveler high quality Passenger Lounge Services and first class service offered through a Membership Fee, Daily Usage Fee, or Pre-Paid Airline Passenger Fee at reasonable prices.

  • The Premises shall be used by Company during the Term hereof only for the provision of Passenger Lounge Services and the provision of food and beverage items as described in Article 2.A., above, and Exhibit “B,” hereto, subject to approval by the Chief Executive Officer, and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Company shall not engage in bartering Concession Passenger Lounge Services and/or items on the Premises with airlines and/or any third parties.

  • Company shall offer only high quality Passenger Lounge Services which shall be comparable in quality to comparable Passenger Lounge Services offered in first class passenger lounge facilities of similar type in comparable airports in the United States.
