Pass Through Terms has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2 (Resale).

Party A shall, in case of any failure caused by Party A, resolve such failures to ensure normal operation of application services.
You will ensure that all Clients comply with the Pass Through Terms and that the terms of your Agency Reseller Agreement with each Client are consistent with this Agreement.
