PASEC definition

PASEC means “Programme d’Analyse des Systèmes Educatifs de la CONFEMEN”; the Program for the Analysis of Education Systems of the Conference of the Ministers of Education of French-speaking countries (CONFEMEN) implementing evaluations aimed at reporting on the performance of the education systems in member countries.
PASEC means Program for the Analysis of Education Systems.
PASEC shall have the meaning specified in the preamble.

  • Once PASEC has accounted for all of its assets and liabilities, any remaining assets after such accounting shall be distributed to each Member District, at the time of dissolution in accordance with each Member District's percentage of the Administrative Fee for the school year immediately preceding the date of dissolution.
