Party’s address definition

Party’s address means the address set forth below that Party’s signature on this Agreement. State may notify Lessee of a different address for payments of any Rent or other amounts due to State under this Agreement. Any notices, demands, deliveries, or other communications required under this Agreement shall be made in writing and delivered by one of the methods set forth in Section 10.2 below to a Party’s address, unless one Party modifies its Address by notice to the other Party, given in accordance with Section 10.2 below.
