Party Supplier definition

Party Supplier means a Third Party supplying any raw materials and commodities used in the manufacture of Products;
Party Supplier means a third party supplier from whom we acquire wholesale services that form all or part of the Service we provide to you;
Party Supplier means a service provider, including an Affiliate, from whom PCCW Global Networks procures services or service components in order to provide the Services to the Customer.

  • BGS-CIEP Customer – a Customer who is being served under any one of the Company’s BGS-CIEP Tariffs and is not taking electric generation service from a Third Party Supplier.

More Definitions of Party Supplier

Party Supplier means a service provider, including an Affiliate, from whom Optify Mediaforce procures services or service components in order to provide the Services to the Customer.
