Party Supplier means a third party supplier from whom we acquire wholesale services that form all or part of the Service we provide to you;

• The Company may negotiate with any such Third Party Supplier regarding the price and other terms of such potential additional Procurement Contract.

• Should any Contract Nomination not be accepted by any Third Party Supplier under a Procurement Contract, ▇▇▇▇ shall promptly advise the Company and use commercially reasonable efforts with the Company and such Third Party Supplier to revise the Contract Nomination subject to the terms of any such Procurement Contract.

• BGS-CIEP-Eligible Customer – any Customer who, if that Customer were taking BGS, would be served under the Company’s BGS-CIEP Tariffs, whether or not such Customer receives BGS-CIEP or receives electric generation service from a Third Party Supplier.

• If you do not provide such access as we, or a relevant Third Party Supplier, reasonably require, we may limit, suspend, cancel or disconnect your Service.

More Definitions of Party Supplier

Party Supplier means a service provider, including an Affiliate, from whom Optify Mediaforce procures services or service components in order to provide the Services to the Customer.

Party Supplier means a third party supplier from whom Pineapple Net acquire wholesale services that form all or part of the Service Pineapple Net provide to you;

Party Supplier means an entity that is not a Customer and that agrees to sell electric power and/or transmission capacity to Buyer. Supplier must either match the TPS offer or advise Buyer of its decision not to match the offer. If Supplier matches the offer, it will be included in a revised FRSP or PRSP offer to Buyer. Supplier will then execute a FRSP or PRSP transaction with Buyer at a price equal to the Supplier's purchase price for the specified Energy blocks plus the difference between Supplier's initial FRSP or PRSP offer less the price Supplier quoted Buyer for the specified Energy blocks.

Party Supplier means the supplier that supplies the Third Party Products (other than us).
