Party Service definition

Party Service means any service or content provided by a third party that such third party makes available to Customer for use on or through the 3rdRisk Platform, such as conducting assessments and performing audits. Such Third-Party Service may be offered through a 3rdRisk store or elsewhere on the 3rdRisk Platform.
Party Service means any service provided by a third party to the Client in respect of the provision or otherwise, of the Services. Third Party Service Failure means a failure in a Third Party Service howsoever arising.

Examples of Party Service in a sentence

  • If You transfer or cause the transfer of Your Content or Third Party Content from the Services to a Third Party Service or other location, that transfer constitutes a distribution by You and not by Oracle.

  • You agree that we, any Citigroup Organisation or Third Party Service Provider may withhold or deduct any Collected Amount which is required to be withheld or deducted to comply with any Law or Regulation from any payment to you, or to or from an account that you maintain with us.

  • Further, to the extent we or any Citigroup Organisation or Third Party Service Provider pays or has paid from its own funds or is or will become required to make a payment to an Authority in respect of an amount that should have been, but was not, a Collected Amount, you will indemnify us for such payment, plus any interest and penalties thereon.

  • As between the you and the owner of any Third Party Service and/or Third Party Content, the applicable third party owns a l rights, title and interest in and to the Third Party Service and/or Third Party Content.

  • You agree to direct any questions, complaints, or claims related to a Third Party Service to such Third Party Service.

  • You agree that you sha l not copy, modify, se l, license, transfer, publish, transmit, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the Services, Service Content, Third Party Services and/or Third Party Service Content, whether in whole or in part.

  • Examples of Third Party Service Providers include technology service providers, business process outsourcing service providers and call centre service providers.

  • Once You download any Software or Third Party Item through a RIM Service or Third Party Service, it becomes Your responsibility and neither RIME nor its affiliates shall be liable to You for any loss, destruction, or damage to any such materials.

  • RIM does not warrant Third Party Items or Third Party Services, and in relation to these, You must look to the provider of those items or services of that Third Party Item or Third Party Service for a warranty.

  • To use our Services you may need to enter into agreements with other service providers which we call “Third Party Service Providers”.
