Party Room definition

Party Room means the party room situated within the premises of the Club.

  • Party Room rentals that are canceled with 7 days or less notice will be charged a $50 penalty fee.

  • It is agreed that the Party Room will not be used for any stag/doe or age of majority birthday parties.

  • Provided that all the Resident’s obligations are satisfactorily fulfilled, that no damage has been occasioned to the Party Room and no violations of the Party Room Agreement have occurred, the deposit shall be returned to the resident in full after the event.
