Party Party definition

Party Party means either the employer or the contractor as the case may be and “parties” means both of them.
Party Party means and include the Company, Sellers, Buyers, Users, Registered Users and any other person who agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
Party Party or "Parties (parties)" means AZCO and/or CORT▇▇ ▇▇▇ their respective successors and permitted assigns as the context so requires;
