Party Contract definition

Party Contract means a contract or purchase order awarded by the Recipient or subrecipient to a contractor or vendor, financed in whole or in part with Federal funds awarded by FTA. It does not include the terms “subagreement,” or “lease.”

  • For conflicts unknown at the time of entering into the Related Party Contract, the Board shall ensure that completed forms of Exhibits C and D are filed within 15 days after the disclosure with the person responsible for recording the minutes of the meeting.

  • The quality of all volumes of Crude Oil delivered to Coffeyville hereunder shall be based on the determination of the Independent Inspector pursuant to the applicable Third Party Contract.

  • Notification of Defaults DIR and Successful Respondent shall promptly inform the other Party in writing of any breach of, misuse, or fraud in connection with any Third Party Contract, Equipment Lease, or Third Party Materials license used in connection with the Services of which it becomes aware and shall cooperate with the other Party to prevent or stay any such breach, misuse, or fraud.

Related to Party Contract

  • Third Party Contract means a contract between Metrolinx and any other Person which is in any way related to, impacts or is impacted by the Services and/or the Consultant’s acts or omissions, whether expressly identified to the Consultant or not.
