Party aggrieved definition

Party aggrieved means a person who will be affected in a manner different from the effect on the general public.

Examples of Party aggrieved in a sentence

  • Each Party shall ensure that any supplier of public telecommunications networks or services of the other Party aggrieved by a regulatory decision has the opportunity to appeal such regulatory decision to an independent judicial or administrative authority.

  • Any breach by a Party to this Agreement of any obligation provided for in this Agreement, shall entitle the Party aggrieved by the breach to be indemnified by the defaulting Party in an amount equal to the damage suffered by the aggrieved Party.

  • Nothing in the immediately preceding sentence shall affect, or be construed to operate as a waiver of, the right of the Party aggrieved by any material breach of this Agreement to be compensated for any injury or damage resulting therefrom which is incurred either before or after such termination.

  • Each Party agrees that there is no adequate remedy at law for the irreparable injury that would result from violation of such provisions and that injunctive or similar relief shall be available to a Party aggrieved by any such violation.

  • Any Party aggrieved by a decision on appeal to the FCC or a State Commission may exercise the right to obtain judicial review thereof in accordance with applicable law.

  • Nothing in the immediately preceding sentence shall affect or be construed or operate as a waiver of the right of any Party aggrieved by any breach of this Agreement to be compensated for any loss, injury or damages resulting therefrom which is incurred either before or after such termination.

  • Upon default by any Party in the performance of any obligation hereunder to be performed by such Party, the Party aggrieved by such default shall give notice in writing to the Party in default specifying the thing or matter in default.
