Partnership Rules definition

Partnership Rules has the meaning given to it in Section 1.3 of the Energy Partnerships Program Partnership Stream Rules. Person means a Natural Person, First Nation that is a “band” as defined in the Indian Act, RSC 1985, c. I-5, co-operative, firm, trust, partnership, limited partnership, company or corporation (with or without share capital), joint venture, sole proprietorship, Governmental Authority or other entity of any kind, including the IESO.
