Partnership Common Units definition

Partnership Common Units means the common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership.
Partnership Common Units means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests of all Partners issued pursuant to Section 3.01 and 3.02 of the Agreement.
Partnership Common Units means the common units of the Partnership.

  • To the extent that any allocation of Net Loss would cause or increase an Adjusted Capital Account Deficit as to any Holder, such allocation of Net Loss shall be reallocated (x) first, among the other Holders of Partnership Common Units in accordance with their respective Percentage Interests with respect to Partnership Common Units and (y) thereafter, among the Holders of other classes of Partnership Units as determined by the General Partner, subject to the limitations of this Section 6.4.A(vi).

  • Except as otherwise required by applicable law or in the Agreement, the holders of the Preferred Units will have the same voting rights as holders of the Partnership Common Units.

  • In all cases, the conversion of any LTIP Units into Partnership Common Units shall be subject to the conditions and procedures set forth in this Section 16.9.


More Definitions of Partnership Common Units

Partnership Common Units means a Common Unit of the Partnership, as defined in the Partnership LPA;
Partnership Common Units means the "OP Units" as defined in the Partnership Agreement, other than the Series A Preferred Units and any other Units designated as Partnership Preferred Units.
