Partners Program definition

Partners Program means MFA’s program designed to serve as a secondary market for below-market-rate single family mortgages which have been originated by nonprofit organizations to provide financing for families earning no more than 60% of county or median income as published by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development at the time of initial family qualification by participants and MFA.
