Partnering Arrangement(s) definition

Partnering Arrangement(s) means a long-term contractual arrangement with another firm or body to secure high quality cost-effective service provision and/or support for the in-house service delivery.
Partnering Arrangement(s) means the arrangement(s) entered in to between the Authority, the Contractor and the Custodial Operator in line with clause B12.3.
