Partnerco definition
Partnerco means Enterra Energy Partner Corp., a corporation incorporated pursuant to the ABCA and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Enterra;
Partnerco has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.
Partnerco means a new company to be incorporated by SilverBirch under the CBCA for purposes of becoming a partner in Frontier Partnership;
